Prompt user before deleting task

I'm a brand new user of RoboIntern (<1 hour of experimenting with it) who is deciding if I can replace my use of the free version of System Scheduler with RoboIntern. So far it looks like a switch is viable. Nice seeing a non-ancient UI including a dark mode.

The first thing that caught me attention was how easy it was to lose a task with one incorrectly placed click on the trash can icon. Destructive operations with no undo should probably prompt users to confirm the deletion. I'm 100% sure that task deletion should have this. I'm a bit more on the fence when it comes to deleting actions or triggers while editing a task, but I'm inclined to think there should be a user prompt.

Web Based Interface

Hi,

Are there any plans to add a Web Interface?

I would love to be able host it on a server but access, manage and create scheduled tasks from a PC via a browser.
Maybe it could use it own authentication to access the tasks or connect via Active Directory?

Is it possible to add an option with which we could send automatized database emails to recipients that come from the database itself? Now I can send emails only to pre-defined contacts.

Popup Notification

Hello;

As others have said: Thank you for such a delightful software!

I have a request: I use the message notification (popup message) a lot to let me know batch files and other processes have started or finished. However, I have to click the OK button to dismiss each one.

Would it be possible to have a notification popup type with an adjustable timeout so I can see it pop up but continue working knowing it will fade away after a time (as most notifications do on Windows 10).

Filesystem Operation filter by create / modify date

it would be awesome to see an additional filter for the filesystem operation especialy the delete option to filter the files also by creation / modify timestamp.

Maybe this could be also added in the zip and ftp feature too.

Copy file option

The file task copy currrently has options If file exists to do Nothing or Overwrite.

Can you add an option to only copy if newer?

It would be great if the log was available from the dashboard or task management window instead of having to open it from the program folder.

More detail in logs would be nice also, especially then the status is Error

Would be great to Re-align the Positions of Tasks. A New Task #10 may be in the same subject category as # 2-4, so you'd like #10 to move to Position 5.

Hi, first of all this app has saved me so much time in the office. It's truly incredible and has so much potential.

Through much heartache and misery I've managed to create an Excel document that creates file addresses that are generated from other document. What would be useful for me is if I could use the file addresses created in the cells as sources for actions.

Hi Tom,

I saw article on Ghacks today about your software and I can tell you as first time user it looks impressive and has lot's of potential.
Professionally I work for printing company and I am using automation software Switch in combination with some other tools, both free and commercial.
Here is first list of Feature Requests that would expand Robointern's potential:
-Support for Regex, especially when it comes to renaming
-Support for Javascript actions
-Support for Metadata
-Option to Import/Export Actions
-Ability to group actions (if possible to group activate/deactivate them, too).

I know it might be a lot, sorry .

- New trigger for received emails. e.g. with some word in subject.
- New action to print documents or emails for example when a trigger is triggered ( )

Hello.

First of all I would like to thank the creator for this app. And I'm glad it's developing - got update today with dark theme. Awesome

I don't know if it should be a feature/improvement request or a bug.

I've got an action configured at computer startup - downloading a file. And always after startup this task has an Error in status, that it cannot resolve host. Looks like it's trying to download this file before Windows connects to network (I am connected via wire).
Didn't find any logs in app's folder.

So in brief: I would like to set any delay time (in minutes e.g.) as an action before execute next action. Is it possible? Or does anyone have a better idea?
