Thanks a lot for the feedback. I suspect that you have some special security on your machine which doesn't allow RoboIntern to load. It should be just downloading the zip, extracting it and then clicking the exe file (no install is needed).
Could you maybe try the 64bit version and see if that's any different?
Alternatively you could also check if .NET framework 4.5.2 or higher is installed on your computer, as that's needed for the app.
